Ohana Ledger delivers a high-touch, data-driven accounting service built specifically for cannabis operators. For a flat $1,000/month, you receive comprehensive cost accounting (471-11 / 471-3), strain and product profitability modeling, monthly financial performance dashboards, and ongoing 280E oversight to protect your margins and ensure compliant reporting.
But unlike a traditional CPA firm, this service also includes one monthly on-site visit to assess the real operational environment — cultivations, extraction labs, or retail floors. These visits allow us to analyze labor efficiency, workflow bottlenecks, environmental balance, harvest timing, input usage, shrinkage, and overall operational performance.
Travel for the included site visit is billed separately at $1.25 per mile round-trip in Michigan (plus meal allowances, Hotel if more than 3 hours away from Grand Rapids). For out-of-state clients, airfare, hotel, meals, and transportation are covered by the client, and on-site time is billed at standard consulting rates/travel rates.
